This policy explains how Laurie Pusztai and Simply The Best Insurance Agency handle information provided through this website, appointment requests, and its embedded quote tools.
Appointment requests
The appointment form prepares an email in your email app using the contact details, preferred date, time zone, coverage interest, and permission-to-contact statement you provide. You must review and send the email to deliver the request to Laurie@SimplyTheBestAgent.com. Preparing the draft does not send it automatically or confirm an appointment. The form does not save your entries to a website database or browser storage.
Once you send your request, it is processed by your email provider and our Google Workspace email service. We use it to respond using your selected contact method, arrange your appointment, and retain a record of your request and permission as reasonably necessary for service and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Appointment permission does not subscribe you to automated marketing calls or texts. Please do not include medical details, Social Security numbers, or financial account information.
Embedded quote tools
The insurance quote tools displayed on this website are provided by Insurance Toolkits and operate inside an embedded frame. Information you enter in a quote tool is submitted directly through that provider's system, not through a separate Simply The Best Insurance Agency quote-intake form.
The tool may request information such as your name, contact details, age or date of birth, state, tobacco use, desired coverage, and other details needed to prepare estimates. Completed quote requests are delivered to Laurie through the tool's configured lead-delivery process. This website does not route those submissions to Ringy.
PlanEnroll and educational links
The Medicare resource section links to Laurie’s personalized PlanEnroll page and official Medicare resources. These sites open separately and have their own privacy policies. Any details you enter there are handled through that provider’s system. Simply clicking a link does not submit an appointment request or a Scope of Appointment to this website.
Client feedback
The feedback link opens your email app. Feedback is sent only when you send the message. We use it to respond and improve service, and will request your permission before publishing your testimonial or identifying details. Please avoid including medical or financial account information.
How information is used
Information may be used to prepare estimates, respond to your request, compare potentially suitable insurance options, communicate with you, prevent misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. A later insurance application may require separate carrier disclosures and authorizations.
Direct communications
If you call or email Laurie directly, the information you provide may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, provide customer service, maintain required records, and meet legal obligations.

Information may be handled by the embedded quote-tool provider, insurance carriers, general agencies, technology and hosting vendors, compliance providers, and professional advisers as needed to provide requested services. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests may be subject to applicable retention requirements.
